FAQ’s: Subscription based website design package

  • The web design process used for a subscription-based website is very similar with the one we use for the lump-sum web design projects (scroll down the page to see the process). The primary distinctions are the subscription-based payment and the retained website ownership. 

    Our subscription model offers a convenient and affordable solution for launching a new website and attracting online customers without significant upfront investment.

  • Sure, while our standard monthly website package provides the best value to help you establish your online presence, we can put together a custom package to fit your needs which may include additional pages, a blog, or other add-on we listed on the website.

  • As long as you are not asking for significant changes from the initial web design, you can request edits to your website as needed. There can be images and text changes, moving components around or adding new sections to existing pages. We are flexible and we fully support keeping your website up to date.

  • No, the only price you will pay is $150 per month. Our monthly web design package is all inclusive, and costs for the web design, hosting, maintenance and domain are bundled into one predictable monthly fee.

  • You can cancel anytime after 12 months. We ask you for a minimum of 12 months commitment in order to offset at least some of the costs of our web design effort put into your website. 

    We want you to stay with us for the value and quality of our service, however we understand your plans might change and if you do cancel please know that you will not keep your website. You will keep  the content and the domain if purchased with us.

  • If you are on the monthly subscription, all rights for your website's design are yours after 24 months. By this time we consider you have paid in full for the web design and you have the right to reclaim the website ownership anytime. 

    You will have 2 options:

    1. Do nothing: you will continue to benefit from the worry-free website subscription

    2. Reclaim ownership: This means you will take over the website subscription with Squarespace as well as the domain renewal costs. If you want to continue with us for the on-going support of your website we can review what’s required and adjust your monthly cost accordingly.

  • Domain Connection:

    • We will help connecting your existing domain or a new domain purchased through the platform.

    Domain Transfer:

    • If needed, we can also transfer your existing domain to Squarespace for easier management along with your website subscription

    Email setup:

    • Optionally we can setup your custom email address with Google Workspace or other email-provider

  • Training session:

    • During the handover phase we will have one-on-one training session to help you become familiar with Squarespace's interface and content management system.

  • Aftercare:

    • We’ll provide 2 weeks of support for website issues, updates, and maintenance.
